Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Syndicator.

Service

Syndicator is a feed reader and social reading product that helps users follow sources, organize stories, and share items with other users.

The service may change over time, including feature availability, beta access, limits, and pricing.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity that occurs under their account.

Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or removed to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse.

Acceptable use

Syndicator may not be used to violate law, interfere with the service, scrape or abuse other users, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

Users should only import, post, and share content they are allowed to access and distribute.

Content and availability

Feed items, linked content, and third-party sources remain the responsibility of their respective publishers.

Syndicator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect ranking, or permanent retention of any particular item or feature.

Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how Syndicator handles account data, operational data, and product analytics.

Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time and may delete their account from Settings.

Syndicator may terminate or restrict access where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Syndicator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
